The verses and choruses mostly go like this except the 2nd chorus kinda walks down to the Am in the 3rd verse. Not 100% sure of the words as they're a little hard to hear amongst all the falsetto. Tabbed by Chris Brown, cebrown@hewitt.com -- Verse: Am Bm Em Am Bm Em Am Bm C G C G D... Chorus: ... D7 G Em G Em G Em D D7 (verse, no intro) Am Bm Em What's the matter? Why don't you answer? Am Bm Em What's the matter with me? Is it so hard to be Am Bm C G free and easy, to disappear completely? C G D Hardly as alone as glad(?) (verse) Am Bm Em Your heart is broken and the doors are open Am Bm Em as you're hoping to be as bright a place as you see Am Bm C G Hands need warming early in the morning C G D hardly as alone as surprised (chorus x2) D7 No, don't warn me G Em I know it's wrong G Em D But I swear it won't take long D7 And I know you know G Em It makes me sigh G Em D I do believe in love (solo over verse -- I won't insult Ira by trying to tab it) (chorus x2) D7 No, don't warn me G Em I know it's wrong G Em D I swear it won't take long D7 And I know you know G Em It makes me sigh G Em D C I do believe I do believe (verse) Am Bm Em Another season of the same old feelings Am Bm Em Another reason to be Am Bm C G I'm tired of achin', the summer's what you make it C G D And I believe what I want to believe
